Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, The Pinch offers a luxury hospitality experience in an adaptive-reuse development, with buildings dating back to 1843. The 34,000 SF hotel is complemented by 7,000 SF of retail and 3,500 SF of restaurant space. LS3P designed this development in partnership with Morris Adjmi Architects.
