This new Continuing Care Retirement Community in Cary, NC will offer a wide variety of senior housing options ranging from independent living through skilled nursing. The 422,000 SF facility features more than 320 units. These include independent residential living units, five levels of licensed bed units, and full-service amenities. Healthcare units include memory support units, skilled nursing units, and both studio and one-bedroom assisted living units.

LS3P led the comprehensive masterplanning, visioning, programming, and design effort; the facility opened in the winter of 2020.
