Wilmington Workplace Sector Leader

Bobby Croghan serves as Workplace Sector Leader for LS3P’s Wilmington office. A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Bobby enjoys all stages of design, programming, workplace strategies, and mentorship. Bobby’s professional experience includes workplace strategies and interior design for diverse hospitality, office, and civic projects in the Washington, DC area, with both national and international projects in his portfolio.

Since joining LS3P in 2021, Bobby has spearheaded workplace strategies for a confidential technology client with a 150,000 SF ground-up facility, 60,000 SF of office space for a financial services client, and a workplace needs assessment for the future City of Myrtle Beach Municipal Center. He is also actively engaged in the firm’s Alchemy Knowledge Team dedicated to design excellence.
