Brian Tiede, AIA, LEED AP, joins LS3P’s Raleigh office as the Higher Ed Sector Leader and Senior Project Manager. Brian brings over 24 years of experience in diverse designs for higher education, K-12, healthcare, and commercial projects. Brian earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated cum laude; his notable recent projects include the UNC-Greensboro Nursing & Instructional Building, Sandhills Community College Nursing Building, the UNC-Chapel Hill McColl Building Addition and Renovation, and North Wake College and Career Academy. His interests also include sustainability, technology, and building science.
