Charlotte Phillips joined the Charleston office as an Interior Designer. Prior to joining LS3P, she worked 12 years with design firms in Washington, Washington DC, and Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
