Vice President | Principal David Bellamy focuses on K-12 Advanced Planning and Business Development. With over 30 years of practical design experience for K-12 school districts, technical colleges, and universities, David has designed 21st century schools that support innovative, collaborative learning environments for STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) education initiatives. David is proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and has extensive understanding of materials, construction processes, systems, and methodologies. He is experienced in integrated sustainable design principles that lead to high performance buildings that are comfortable, energy efficient, less expensive to operate, and supportive of student achievement.
