Dean Webb provides added design value to the full array of investment, office, hospitality, residential, retail, lifestyle, academic and mixed-use projects. He is highly practiced, after 10 years with the firm, in the demands of a rapid team design process that builds concepts under time constraints. Dean works alongside senior architects to implement various concepts.
Dean is the Exploration studio’s technical resource for visualization tools and Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an integral part of the conceptual and schematic design process. By using 3-Dimensional virtual imagery, animations and photo realistic renderings, he enables our clients to make good design decisions based on the complete understanding of the massing, articulation, and detail of the building.

Dean rounds out our team of designers whom understand student housing, experiential design and place-making that influences the user’s experience. He and all team members chosen for this work can create branded environments that are dynamic, personal and unique to their context and place; and have the managerial expertise and technical skills for a successful project delivery.
