Erin Holubeck Burres, NCIDQ, joins LS3P as a Jacksonville Medical Planning Leader in our Jacksonville office. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning (DAAP), an Associate Degree in Psychology from Miami University, and nearly 25 years’ of experience in design, project development and leadership, Erin has served as the Project Director and Senior Interior Designer/PM for numerous healthcare project types, including ambulatory surgery centers, clinical labs, cardiovascular unit renovations, pharmacy, imaging, and labor and delivery suites.

Erin has focused much of her career on providing leadership and developing design teams whose passion for healthcare and community betterment are brought to fruition by talent, experience, and collaboration. She believes design is about relationships. Relationships with spaces, processes and most importantly – people. She has a passion for cultivating integrated interior design and architecture processes to create responsible, innovative, and measurable solutions for her clients, while building relationships and fostering a culture of design excellence.
