Greg Soyka, AIA, LEED AP Senior Project Manager Principal Greg Soyka joined LS3P in 1999 after 15 years of experience with internationally renowned Chicago architectural firms. Since joining LS3P, Greg has provided continuous leadership on several large and technically complex office, medical, and research projects for clients such as the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Medical University of South Carolina. Greg’s portfolio reflects his day-in, day-out commitment to his clients and his diverse range of skills that contribute to project success from programming to final completion. With focused project experience coupled with specialized technical training in exterior wall detailing and engineering systems integration, Greg brings an appreciation and understanding of “big picture” design issues tempered by a pragmatic problem-solving approach. This balance of theoretical and practical qualities has led to a unique, client-focused approach to project management. As shown in his role as executive project manager for multiple large, complex, and fast-moving projects, Greg helps bring orderly processes to diverse teams. His leadership, knowledge, and communication skills are particularly valuable in collaborating with clients, constructors, architects, engineers, building officials, utility companies, and community groups.
