Associate Principal Hal Shute provides added design value to the full array of investment, office, hospitality, multi-family residential, retail, lifestyle, and mixed-use projects. Highly practiced in the demands of a rapid team design process that builds concepts under time constraints, Hal collaborates with clients and team members to illustrate various studies and concepts.

Hal, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University, specializes in visualization to illuminate a project using photo-realistic renderings, 3D modeling, architectural animation, and computer-generated environments surrounding the building. Other visualization modalities include 3-D printing for physical models and immersive, true-to-scale virtual reality walkthroughs so the client can experience how a space feels before it is constructed.
