Senior Construction Contracts Administrator

Jeff Whitlow joins LS3P’s Savannah office as a Senior Construction Contracts Administrator. With more than 35 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Clemson University, Jeff has performed a significant amount of work in design-build project types, particularly for renovation and commercial multi-family construction.

In addition to owning and operating his own general contracting company for many years, Jeff has also been the recipient of several Historic Savannah Foundation Preservation awards.
