His architectural design and planning expertise include long-range master plans, community facilities, high-rise, resort, clubhouse, restaurant, retail, multi-family, and hospitality from initial marketing strategy through construction administration. Through his design service, Jim has successfully managed over $1.5 billion in development cost for a wide range of project types. His projects range from a single $150 million tower project to multiple projects with much smaller budgets. With just shy of three decades in the Horry and Georgetown County area, Jim has earned a reputation for on-time and on-budget design service management.
