Risk Management Leader Kevin Bryant oversees the firm’s compliance with construction documents in order to reduce risk exposure with Ls3P’s instruments of service Kevin’s proactive communication during pre-construction, progress meetings, and anticipatory field analysis have proven effective management tools. During periodic field visits, he notes work accomplished and will discuss future tasks with the contractor to ensure proper sequence and a smooth, coordinated workflow. He is involved with QA/QC review during the design process and is familiar with the continually evolving construction and design practices.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the UNC-Charlotte. He also holds CSI certifications as a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) and Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) and is a licensed architect in the state of North Carolina.
