Mary Beth Sims Branham, AIA Columbia Office Leader / K-12 Practice Leader Vice President / Principal Principal and Vice President Mary Beth Sims Branham serves as LS3P’s Columbia Office Leader and the K-12 Practice Leader. With more than 35 years of experience, she has been involved in the design of office/commercial, educational, healthcare, and civic projects around the state. Highly involved in leadership roles in her profession and community throughout her career, Mary Beth served as the 2004 President of AIA South Carolina. Originally from Columbia, SC, Mary Beth opened LS3P’s Columbia office in May 2004, the first start-up office for the firm. Celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2019, the office has become one of the premier architecture and interior design offices in the Midlands. In addition to leading the office, she is highly involved in the initial stages of projects with a passion for community engagement, programming, and design.
