Senior Project Manager

Noah Morris joins LS3P’s Raleigh office as a Senior Project Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and development industry, Noah has held various leadership roles, including Principal, Studio Director, Project Manager, and Project Architect.

As a Principal at a multi-discipline design firm with offices in Raleigh and Pennsylvania, Noah played a key role in the leadership team driving strategic planning initiatives that enhanced team member engagement and cultural development. His expertise spans a wide range of multi-family housing project types, with a strong focus on affordable housing and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) process.

Noah has extensive experience creating successful teams and leading them in a diverse range of efforts and project phases such as client and project management, community engagement, master planning, design, and construction.
