Associate Principal Paul Fretz has been a contributing team member for master planning and development of large-scale commercial and mixed-used projects, recreational facilities, and urban infill redevelopment projects. As part of the pre-design process, he researches project site characteristics, applicable zoning laws, code requirements, utility and roadway infrastructure, and relationships to existing facilities. He prepares architectural drawings and presentations through a combination of advanced technical skills and creativity. Paul effectively and congenially interfaces with all clients and jurisdictional agencies to coordinate, manage, and implement the project plan.
