Roy Smith is a registered architect with over thirty-four years of experience in design, project management, and construction phase services. Most recently his practice has focused on improved delivery of projects and construction administration duties. Roy employs the latest technologies in technical review and communication for the purposes of coordinating the architectural and engineering disciplines for projects.

Roy’s duties include managing quality control through multiple phases of a project, providing constructability reviews, and serving as the all-important link between the drawing board and the construction site. Roy has provided these services for a variety of project types including small- and large-scale building renovations and new construction for medical, commercial, educational, and federal clients. He is professional, experienced, and resourceful. He is also a licensed attorney in South Carolina.
