Sharon Huot is a seasoned project manager with a variety of projects from investment commercial office towers, campus master planning, university buildings to community recreation centers, YMCAs and parking structures. Sharon has experience in all phases of design and construction for architectural services. She directs the core team activities, is responsible for task schedules, multi-disciplinary coordination, permitting, and ensuring the quality of the contract documents. Sharon is also a key participant during presentations to the Owner where feedback is valued and design decisions are made.

As a technical resource and mentor, she provides guidance and encouragement to architectural designers as they progress through their career.
