Shawn Mottern is an Associate Principal and seasoned Project Manager in the Metropolis Studio providing investment-based solutions for development of the urban fabric and commercial office buildings. Shawn manages document production, detailing and coordinating the work of consulting engineers, and jurisdictional permitting. He has managed and produced most of the Investment Office Buildings in Ballantyne Corporate Park. His extensive experience and commitment to priorities has resulted in solutions that translate criteria into product.

With more than 30 years of experience, Shawn has provided building designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments. His design and construction knowledge combined with high level drawing skills yield construction documents that incorporate functionality, safety, and cutting-edge design.
