Associate Principal

Associate Principal Whitney Grove serves as the Federal Sector Leader in LS3P’s Greenville office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Clemson University. With nearly 21 years of experience as an architectural and interior designer, Whitney has extensive experience in workplace strategies solutions. She has led the interior design team on numerous large corporate commercial projects, totaling over 1.3 million square feet.

Whitney’s expertise is apparent in her ability to communicate effectively with clients to ascertain their design goals and needs, perform efficient project planning and programming, and implement sophisticated and appropriate interior architecture. Additionally, Whitney applies principles of sustainable design; coordinates with engineers and consultants; evaluates projects for code compliance; coordinates specifications; analyzes construction costs to meet the clients’ budget and objectives; and supervises construction administration to ensure a successful project.
